Dottie's Refuge, Inc. is a transitional residential home for women eighteen years and older who desire a changed life. They are striving to help those who are affected by drugs and alcohol addictions. They are an independent non-profit organization affiliated with Lifeway Baptist Church. This is a twelve-month program broken down into four phases. Discipleship and training are emphasized the first two phases (six months); budgeting and employment the last two phases.

The mission of Dottie's Refuge, Inc. is to disciple, teach, and train addicted women who desire a changed life using a Bible based (KJV) Christ-centered program to become a victorious Christian- free from addictions- and to be responsible, productive citizens in society.
