America is in deep need of returning back to Almighty God. We have an opportunity to begin the New Year praying for our nation in a specific way. Pastor William Tyson has a burden for this nation. I have asked him to share information on an upcoming event that will be taking place in his home state of Maryland. Let's be praying persistently and purposely for this powerful gathering!
Dear Maryland Independent Baptist Pastors,
On January 15th we will gathering at Lawyer's Square in Annapolis for the 2015 Maryland Connection. This effort is to connect the people of God with the people of government in the state of Maryland! The last two years we have participated in the Capitol Connection with Awake America led by Pastor Mike Creed and Evangelist Chuck Harding. This events have been eye opening for all involved and have shown the importance of engaging with our local and national leaders.
The Maryland Connection is simply our effort to duplicate on a state level what Awake America is doing on a national level. I know that many of you already are engaged in Annapolis. This effort is not intended to replace any of this outreach but rather it is our desire to supplement and broaden our interaction with our elected leaders.
