Exodus 31:1-5
This encourages me and that encouragement gives way to excitement and the excitement gives way to exuberance. Why? Because God has a plan and a purpose for each of His children! Bezaleel is an interesting man in Hebrew history an interesting man in all of history. He was appointed and anointed by God to do that which he did.
The Will of God = The Work of God. God Enabled and Empowered Bezaleel for specific tasks at a specific time in history. The importance of each of our task or tasks cannot be over emphasized. We should desire! We should be determined! We should be dogmatic about not seeking and searching for the applause of man, but for the approval and the acceptance of God. Paul wrote, "Wherefore we labour that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:9-10). We should live each day with the mindset of wanting to be pleasing to God.
Bezaleel:
1. A Servants Spirit- Serving the Living God.
2. A Surrendered Saint- Surrendered to that which God had prepared him to do.
3. A Satisfied Servant- A servant who was both surrendered and satisfied.
Drink deep from our verses and allow the Holy Spirit to direct and counsel you in that which you have been appointed and anointed to do.
