I recently read these words from Charles Spurgeon, “Our circumstances come to us with wise design.” The Master Potter has a plan that He has designed; A putting together of that which will first and foremost bring Him glory. It will be the perfect provision at the precise moment as we place our trust in Him. As we wait and watch we will know the love, care, concern and ultimately the will and working of our Lord. It is in the current of everyday living that our God does His work in and through our lives.
My wife and I have been trying to sale a piece of land for twenty months. We actually had the land sold only to see the most unbelievable circumstances change the whole direction that we were heading. It was as if we were at the finish line and everything came to a screeching halt. It has been a great time of testing. We have found ourselves upon our knees and seeking God’s face time and time again. So, where do we go and what do we do when things seem to make so little sense- “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6.) You say Bro. Tracy, but!!!!! I say, “O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.” (Psalms 84:12.)
What will you choose to do in what ever circumstance you are in at this very moment? Will you turn away from the Lord or will you trust in the Lord?
Thanks for visiting and thanks for praying,
Bro. Tracy
