Revelation 20:12
Knowing what awaits those who die without being saved, we should all approach evangelism from the vantage point of a broken heart. One day there will be no upper crust, middle class or low rung of the ladder when it comes to the measuring of people or their place in society. The cut is clean and clear in what the Bible teaches what awaits man after their life ends, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). What more motivation could the saved in Christ need to be sharing the gospel?
All that was ever said, all that was ever done will be on display, and nothing will be hidden. Whether it was done in the shadows or in the wide open, it will be revealed. John led by the Holy Spirit writes, “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were open: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works” (Revelation 20:12.) No excuse will be accepted. Ones charm or cunning ways will not be able to free them. It will be too late and that which was so often used to manipulate situation after situation will be seen through by eyes that will be as a flame of fire (See Revelation 1:14).
Let's pray for a burden for the lost.
